We want to do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. However, please keep in mind and understand that USPS and UPS are experiencing a shortage in workers, which can affect delivery times. We have no control over the delivery companies and the service they provide. Please understand that the number of days specified in the shipping method is a best estimate and not a guarantee.
Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS or UPS and transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. These such shipping issues must be handled by the shipping carrier.

Care Instructions
Please do not take apart or modify the product to ensure it stays intact. Do not soak or place any of our items in the dishwasher.
If you plan on placing any of our wood designs in high humidity conditions or outside, it is recommended that bare wood designs be sealed front and back with a more water-resistant finish, exterior paint, or stain. Sand entire surface of design lightly with very fine grit sandpaper (in between coats) to ensure an even finish and proper adhesion of additional coats. Make sure you allow proper and complete drying time before sanding and adding additional coats.
Any attempt or decision to adjust, stain, or paint the product is solely the customer's discretion. Cuteeboo will not be responsible, replace or refund for any mistakes or damages as a result of customer's decision to paint, stain or modify the product.
